The services provided Sirleaf Pte Ltd provides a medicolegal service to prepare medical reports for use in the process to decide whether to litigate personal injuries sustained in a hospital, clinic or other health care context. Sirleaf Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse you access to the services offered through this Site. In particular, Sirleaf Pte Ltd declines to accept you as a client if you have not attained the age of the age of full contractual capacity under the law of your domicile, or if your case does not have a legal solution. Sirleaf Pte Ltd also reserves the right to exclude you from access to the service or block their access to the Site in the event of any serious or repeated breach of any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement or the Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual Property The contents of this Site including the text, graphics, and logo is the property of Sirleaf Pte Ltd and is protected by copyright and/or other proprietary rights. You may not download, print, store, republish or distribute the contents in any form without first obtaining the express written consent of Sirleaf Pte Ltd. 7 Limitation of liability Sirleaf Pte Ltd shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Sirleaf Pte Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service offered through this Site; (ii) the cost of procuring substitute or other services as a result of any information or services supplied under this Agreement, or reliance on any e-mails or other messages received through or from this Site; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or communications; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party; or (v) any other function or operation relating to the services offered through this Site.

8. Severance You may reside in a jurisdiction which limits or does not allow certain warranties to be excluded or liability for incidental or consequential damages to be excluded. In such cases, so much of the clauses as shall be unenforceable shall be severed from this Agreement and all the remaining terms and conditions shall remain binding on the parties hereto.

9. Entire Agreement These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy supersede all other forms of communication whether oral or in writing and constitute the entire agreement between Sirleaf Pte Ltd and yourself to regulate your use of the Site and the services it offers.

10. Statute of Limitations You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of this Site or the services it offers must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

11. Choice of law and venue All disputes and claims arising out of the use of the Site and the services offered shall be governed by the laws of the Singapore, and any disputes shall be resolved solely in the courts located in Singapore.
