Who Are We ?
Who are we? The medical negligence legal advice company. Sirleaf Pte. Ltd., based in Singapore (Reg.No:200902098E) is a company specializing in the medicolegal field. We exist to help people who have been injured by medical malpractice or negligence to get through the legal process with the least possible hassle. That means giving you the very best medical and legal analysis of the circumstances in which you were injured. At a glance, you can see whether you have a good case to take forward. Most lawyers who offer contingent fee arrangements prefer “a sure thing”. That means, if they lay out their own money, they will see a return. Cases involving medicine are more difficult for lawyers to appraise without spending money to get a medical report. So it tends to be a harder sell to get your case accepted. We break through this uncertainty by offering a detailed medical negligence report without you having to pay anything in advance. So you and your lawyer can immediately see whether there is a good case. David Marshall — Managing Director
He trained as a solicitor in England with a firm based in the West Midlands and specializing in litigation. This was a busy practice and he gained extensive experience both at first instance and through the appeal system. After a short period working for the Inland Revenue, he switched into higher education, working at three universities in the Midlands. This allowed him the chance to offer continuing consultancy services to local firms of solicitors and to diversify into new areas of business and international law, acquiring significant expertise in IT security and data privacy issues. He is the author, both in his own right and jointly with others, of a significant range of professional articles and books including: Business Risk Management by Robert L. Ritchie and David Marshall, Thomson Learning, 1993 Information Systems in Business by R.L. Ritchie, David Marshall and Alan Eardley, Thomson Learning, 1997 For the last twelve years, he has been working as a freelance business consultant, advising small to medium sized enterprises on all aspects of their business operations. With this company, he comes back to his roots in more directly supporting the litigation process for the benefit of those injured by malpractice and negligence. Shelia Fernandez — Director and Company Secretary
